RAPP Tax & Consulting is owned and managed by Mag. Gordon W. Rapp who holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Victoria as well as a Bachelor's degree with a major in Economics from the University of Manitoba. Fluent in German, both spoken and written, Mag. Gordon W. Rapp is a German Pension and Tax Consultant registered with the German Consulate General in Vancouver, BC. He previously sat on the Board of Directors of the South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce. He also served as the Treasurer on both the Executive and Board of Directors of the Conservative Party of BC and was the Financial Agent for the Conservative Party of BC registered with Elections BC.

These include German pension and tax matters under the respective German-Canadian pension & tax treaties, including appeals (Einspruch) to the applicable German pension plans (Deutsche Rentenversicherungen) and the German tax authority (Finanzamt Neubrandenburg). Consulting services are also offered on a wide of range of issues such as return of German pension contributions (Beitragserstattung), double-taxation (Doppelbesteuerung) and tax matters related to Estates & Wills (Steuersachen in Nachlassabwicklung).
